Professor Julian Rayner is the Director of Wellcome Connecting Science, and leads a research group working on malaria at the University of Cambridge. Julian heads the COG-Train Joint Oversight Committee (along with Professor Sharon Peacock) and provides programme oversight and guidance at senior leadership level.
