Producing protocols, creating common standards
COG-UK members are working together to develop common, best-practice protocols, methods and techniques to prepare collect and prepare SARS-CoV-2 virus samples for sequencing, conduct short-read and long-read sequencing at scale with minimal turnaround times, and speed the flow of whole-genome data to open-access databases and online visualisation platforms.
Protocols.io - the canonical source for COG-UK consortium protocols
All protocols, standards and techniques will be shared between COG-UK members through the protocols.io online platform.
All documentation is disseminated at: https://www.protocols.io/
